I'd like to say that I'm very critical person and can be very fussy, especially of car dealerships and salesman. I went for shopping for a new car and Used car dealer, visited 6 or 7 car lots before i went to Memphis Ford Dealers. I drove up and i was greeted by a very professional salesman, who actually listened to what we wanted. I looked around the lot and found an Car that fit all of our needs. This salesman took us on a great test drive and answered all of our questions. When i got back, it took 10 minutes before i were looking over the prices and terms, aslo explained about Memphis Used Cars. It took SM a few trips back and forth to the manager to fine-tune the monthly payment but we finally made a deal. While i was waiting for the paperwork to be printed SM took us on a tour of this impeccably clean dealership and introduced us to the managers, the service writers, parts people and even the cashier. The next day we got a call from the salesman who wanted to know if we had any questions or concerns about the truck or paperwork and he thanked us again. WOW, I'm was impressed!!!!!great impressed with the entire experience. This dealership actually "Get's it"
